With life coaching sessions, I am available  to empower you in making positive changes to your life. In sports, a coach aims to train an athlete or a team to achieve better results. Kaplan (2003) described a coach as 'a collaborative partner who works with the learner to help them achieve goals'.

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is about developing a person's skills and knowledge so that their job performance improves, hopefully leading to the achievement of organisational objectives...It may also have an impact on an individual's private life.' (CIPD, 2009)

Coaching helps you to deal with life issues, health and business, and support your professional and personal development. A life coach helps you to look at your current situation, including negative beliefs, bad experiences and other  factors that dominate your life, assists you in trying out what can be done to improve your well-being.

You are involved in deciding every aspect of the behaviour change, goal-setting and implementing the plan for change.
